Well since everyone's going crazy on the whole poem thing, I guess I will too.

Here's a poem I just composed

I call it "Bird".

O bird

O lovely bird!

How your sweet song soothes me so!

How your bug-infested feathers ruffling in the wind invokes such strong emotion within my soul!

How your poop landing on my stuff pisses me off!

How you so lovingly feed your young by upchucking into their mouths!

A couple of years ago, while listening to NPR (yes NPR) I heard about Rhett and Link and thus began my family's journey to Mythicalness.  Having adolescent sons, both of whom have appetites for and some gifts in humor, I was glad to find Rhett and Link whom I (a lady in my mid-40s) could share with them, laugh at with them, and who cover a lot of humor ground while remaining smart and family- friendly.  My 12 year-old and his best bud can do a mean rendition of the Epic Rap Battle  and even…

It has been about 5 months since my last blog post. So much and so little has changed since then. The main thing is that, I am no longer uncertain, as my last post said I was.
