Clarity and Thankfulness (#12)

It has been about 5 months since my last blog post. So much and so little has changed since then. The main thing is that, I am no longer uncertain, as my last post said I was. I did what had to be done, moving out of a three year long relationship. But then life happened. I now have a new boyfriend, whom I am grateful for. I guess I just want to say to my ex, thank you. It was a great three years, but sometimes you just have to know when  one chapter is ending and when it is better for everyone involved to move on. I hope to remain friends, but I will not spend time feeling unnecessarily guilty, as I had 5 months ago.

Maybe I am just feeling highly sentimental tonight, but I am just thankful for so much. Family, friends, roommate, boyfriend, this Kommunity, everything. Sometimes you forget to stop and look around and realize how dang lucky you are.
