Home of Rhett & Link fans - the Mythical Beasts!
Now, this post is going to have two Gregs because of their similarity and the shortness of the first. First:
First, I want to apologize for not updating my blog yesterday. Something… Came up. I don’t think any of us expected I’d be… fixed. Apparently my owners couldn’t bear the thought of having more of me. I guess that means I can’t have a family. *Sniff*
Well, now that you know, I also want to tell you that Tuesdays have been permanently scarred in my mind… Wednesdays. I’ll do this Wednesdays.
This one is good, my being late was... fixed! Anyway, it's also funny because I had just switched to Tuesdays, and now it's changed to Wednesday.
Now: Delayed... again.
Sorry for being late… again. You see, my owners noticed Jim the squirrel annoying me, and assumed I was the one bothering him, and they sent me to obedience camp. To make matters worse, I got stuck in that weird class, you know the one with the more ‘special’ dogs. First, there was the dog who’s been there years because he never listens. Then, there was the dog who’s hyper ALL the time, and seemingly insane. There was also the one one that just goes for fun (I never quite understood that one). Last and DEFINITELY least, there was Rex. He’s that one dog who creeps around the entire camp, not doing anything, and always seems to be staring at you every time you look in his general direction.
Getting away from the subject of the weirdos AT camp, let’s talk about the weirdo camp itself. Camp was hard, aggravating and emotionally scarring. Here are but a few of the things I was forced to do: Running through a physically impossible obstacle course that included a rock wall. There were generally offensive tasks as well, one of which was having a plush squirrel dangled in front of me while being told “Stay… staaaaaayyy… STAY!" over and over again, All I could think about were the many, many times Jim pelted me with nuts… well, let’s just say I got to keep it’s plush head as a souvenir.
Well, all in all, very depressing. Hope your week (or more, as it is) was better than mine. see you Wednesday.
Now, while in the last one I was delayed because of writer's block, this one was delayed because I went to Word of Life camp, as I do every summer, and that's where I got the idea to "send" Greg to camp, all in all I like this one.
'Til next time,
Peyton/Churbles.
