This episode was originally titled "The Pilgrim Challenge" and used the following screen shot. Both the name and image were updated sometime after the original release date of 25-Nov-2015

Hm, I find this name change odd..."The Pilgrim Challenge" is waaayy more descriptive of what happens in the video. The tongue twister part was only one game within the whole larger concept of the Pilgrim Challenge. Wondering if someone just wanted to make the creepy tongue thumbnail and use it. xP

You should know, of course, that being the best descriptor for the video isn't the purpose of a title! How preposterous. It's all about getting those clickbait clicks! Who cares if the video's focus was pilgrims? If it's not over a million views after a few days, better change the title and throw up a new CRAZY and AWKWARD LOL title and thumbnail!
