Since it was your suggestion, and given that I know nothing about MINECRAFT, that means you are in charge of this one. My suggestion is that you converse with the members of the Minecraft Fans group and decide on a server where the most members are already established, if that is the proper thing to do in a case like this.
As MythiCon 2015 coordinator, I have created a discussion page within the MythiCon group and am closing this discussion you started to further comments.
