@ Thomas (Minecraftius Stevicus) - - - sorry, but the "host" for this event never did reply back on this thread as directed.  I am not familiar with any of the servers where MineCraft enthusiasts such as yourselves gather, having never played the game myself.  But what you are looking for might be found in the  captain underpants's  original discussion at Minecraft mythicon!!!! which I've copied below. 

If you or some other player can positively identify the server which the Captain is using then I will gladly add that info to the top header in this discussion thread.
