Home of Rhett & Link fans - the Mythical Beasts!
True, but the processing of any food product in a modern, automated facility can hardly make anything look very appetizing.
Compare MODERN to TRADITIONAL preparation methods . . .
IN THE FACTORY:
THE REAL DEAL!
When I was a kid my dad was a maintenance mechanic at Hillshire Farms & Kahns (it's now Sara Lee Foods) for about 10 years. His job was to make sure the machines that made the hot dogs worked properly and fix them if something broke. He used to bring home boxes upon boxes of various meats, including hot dogs. I never cared for hot dogs before he started working there, I absolutely despise them now.
Here's a fun fact: The only difference between bologna and hot dogs is the shape.
Unrelated: Has Link always had the habit of playing with his wedding ring? I've only started noticing it in Season 7, but I am sometimes unobservant, and it may just have been flying under my radar until recently. Has anyone noticed him doing it earlier, perhaps in other seasons of GMM?
It makes me a little nervous, because I know I often end up dropping or unintentionally launching a ring if I take it off my finger and start playing with it. Then again, Link's mug on the edge of the table has made a lot of people nervous for ages, and he has yet to knock it over...
I have seen him do it before, usually when he's talking "naturally", so more in GMMore instead of GMM. I can't remember how often I've seen it, though, and I'm sure he's done it several times that I haven't noticed, so I couldn't give an accurate estimate of how often it happens.
I've noticed him doing it for a while. Like Kevin, I can't really remember when he started doing it or how often. Something about people fidgeting with their hands catches my attention, but then I kinda stop noticing it after a little while.
Much more nervous ring fiddling from Link in today's GMM episode [#642] - - ->
Just for kicks, I checked the YouTube comments to see if this was being chatted about. Over 73,000 views and 661 posted comments but not a single mention of ring play.
This is a perfect example of what I discussed in my first reply. I watched this episode less than 20 minutes ago and didn't notice the ring-fiddling at all.
