Help!

Ok. Here's the deal. There's this I.T project I must turn in really soon and it involves the design of a campaign poster and the use of another media of my choice. It's about cell phone disposal/recycling. I'm struggling with the poster design...I need to know where to start: what would you be interested in seeing in a 1/8 piece of cardboard hanging up on the bullentin board in your school as a campaign poster? I just need ideas...I know you mythical beasts have some peculiar ones. I'm counting on those. Don't get me wrong...I'm not lazy and I do have a brain (contrary to what my brother says!), but I'd like to hear from the world and try to satisfy the needs of my people! *raises hand in a fist*. No, seriously. Your satisfaction is medullary (a word I learned to replace important. [Yeah, I'm IB]). I plan on releasing it to the net, depending on the response in my town. So, in conclusion people "let us party with the hatians and let me remind you, it does not say RSVP in the statue of liberty!" (I've been watching a lot of clueless. [Yeah, I'm a girl]). But, seriously serious, I'm just asking for your opinion, suggestions, ideas and what you would consider essential requirements for a campaign poster.
