ASMR- a tip of advice

I've known about ASMR for awhile. Some I like to watch are vinividivulpes and asmrrequests. Massageasmr and heatherfeather is okay, and be careful of ephmerialrift as he can creep you out.

I've even made my own parody of it.

But the issue I have that I warn you of is that it can easily get into hypnotism as hypnotism can use the same triggers to hyponotise you. So…
