ASMR- a tip of advice

I've known about ASMR for awhile. Some I like to watch are vinividivulpes and asmrrequests. Massageasmr and heatherfeather is okay, and be careful of  ephmerialrift as he can creep you out.

But the issue I have that I warn you of is that it can easily get into hypnotism as hypnotism can use the same triggers to hyponotise you. So if any video says hypotism with it or maybe even tarot card stuff stay away. Just my advice
