Job well done to all!
THANKS! Mythical Detective work at it's best.
Now, after viewing this clip from TMS #9, I am wondering what ever happened to all the items on the shelf over Link's left shoulder. I believe these were the momentoes collected from mythical beasts during the MYTHICAL ROAD TRIP (2011) meetups.
Surely those deserve a place of reverence in either The Mythical Mail Museum or in a display case or on a pedestal beside The Mythical Mail Boulder.
FOUND IT!
Not the GMM about the angry parent sending an email, but The Mythical Show episode where Link mentions who gets to write the ampersand and when. :D
TMS, Episode 9, after the 27:35 mark.
Thinking back, they may have talked about it back when they received that angry letter from a parent about a signed poster. He accusing them of marketing the posters as "signed by them", but the signatures were so sloppy that it HAD TO HAVE BEEN some intern scribbling them instead.
Rhett was pretty frustrated and read the whole letter, and I believe they talked about their signing routine after that. I think this was an episode of GMMore? But a precursory search through the video titles didn't turn anything up. This was a while ago, so I also think the poster in question was a Mythical Show poster, back when they still had them.
Maybe it was that episode where they addressed someone's angry email accusing them of not hand-signing the GMM posters? I have no idea when that episode aired, but maybe someone else does...
I can't remember where they addressed it, but I'm certain they've talked about the "&" signing before. I believe Rhett said he usually writes "Rhett &", leaving space for Link to sign afterward. If Link signs first, he writes "& Link" with space for Rhett to sign before.
Q: I'm assuming that they each sign their own name at the meet & greet . . . who adds the "&" ?
I'm glad it made it to you safely!
