About Jordan – Jordan responded to someone on Twitter in June stating that he's freelance now but would happily "do a bit with GMM from time to time." I'd say his recent appearances on GMM were some of those times. https://twitter.com/Jordan_Morris/status/1005160730931298304
About Tess – She stated somewhere, maybe a comment on her YouTube channel or on Instagram (can't recall), that she was let go as part of the mass-downsizing that took place after Season 13 ended and that it wasn't personal. When Season 13 ended along with GMM's partnership with YouTube Originals, the budget decreased and thus the staff size did, too.

It's hard to tell who joins or leaves the Mythical Crew these days because the CREW page was taken off of the "About Us" section of the Mythical.com website a while back. Also, the daily uploads don't contain all of the crew credits any more.
Jordan's personal TWITTER feed doesn't help much either because Jordan has been involved in a number of additional projects all the time he has contributed to GMM. Also checked on IMCB but crew credits are lagging a bit, only Season 13 is listed with much detail.
Here is the last known GMM spotting (S14-E16) from just a couple weeks back:
