Wow, I didn't even listen to the Pewdiepie episode because I knew it would be full of foul language. But now you've got me curious enough to listen and find out how bad it was. If it was enough to put the whole EB thing's future in question, that's significant!

I just assumed it was "pushing up daisies" after 90 days of inactivity.

I guess the PEW didn't kill it after all, but it certainly needed a rest to recuperate after his appearance.  Maybe Link needed extra time to gather his wits and rethinking that whole "We don't want them to censor themselves, we want them to be themselves" thing.

Victoria, that's the last I heard of it! I just saw Gumbo's "R.I.P" phrasing a few hours ago and thought there was some new news of a final demise for which it would need to be resting in peace.

@Uniseal: There was a brief moment in one of the most recent GMMs or GMMores -- just before their holiday break -- that Link mentioned Ear Biscuits would be back in the new year. It seemed to indicate that they were taking a holiday and starting a new season of Ear Biscuits in the same way they were doing that with GMM.

I remember seeing a Google+ post from R&L sometime around late November or early December that went something like "While Ear Biscuits is on break, enjoy some older episodes." Or something to that effect. The comment left the impression that EB would continue after a hiatus. I suspect they've been devoting their resources to The Hey Hey Show. I'm hoping that when GMM starts back up next week they'll resume EB on Friday.

I still want to hear them interview WheezyWaiter and Destin from Smarter Every Day.

Gumbo, did it get officially cancelled for good? I've checked the usual news outlets (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and don't see any announcement here on the Komm. Am I missing something?

The first (or perhaps 2nd) time that I heard about R&L was when Shay Carl vlogged about being interviewed for Eat Biscuits.
