FYI:  the Welcome Kommittee was approved by the K-mods and opened for membership on Sept. 14, 2010.  On that day the very first person that received a greeting was kommunity member #11,272. 

Today marks the 5,oooth member to join since that time.  Please be sure to post an extra special greeting for MB Tasia Riley

Answer:  what I did was simple.  Just actually type the words "Rhett & Link 101" along with the rest of the sentence.  Then, holding down the sift key or mouse left button, highlight the words and using the tool bar at top of the COMMENT box hit the LINK button.  From a seperate window, I had already copied the URL link from that "R&L 101" discussion page, so now it can be pasted into the URL Link space and voila!

 

Simple hint: when sending out WELCOMES each day, I start at the MEMBERS page and pull up a name I recognize from the last batch.  Copy that line and picture then just "paste" into comment boxes for new members.  Saves a lot of typing and linking each day.
