RhettandLinKommunity

Home of Rhett & Link fans - the Mythical Beasts!

  1. KEEP IT SIMPLE - - Just post a WELCOME note - - don't give them your life story on day one - - you can engage in meaningful conversation and become BFFs later.
  2. KEEP IT CLEAN! - - No Spamming / No Rudeness / No Meanies - - violators will be immediately and summarily dismissed from the group
  3. KEEP IT REAL - - You don't necessarily need to become every new member's "FRIEND".  We're not trying to just to increase our personal numbers.  That's not what this is about.
  4. KEEP IT TIDY - - In order to not "clog the system" please delete your WELCOME posts from your own wall's "Latest Activity" log.  That way your messages will remain on the new members' pages but won't use up all of the activity space on the Kommunity Homepage.  But, by all means, feel free to maintain all of the "THANK YOU" notes you will surely recieve from the new welcomees.
  5. KEEP IT FRIENDLY (but not too friendly) - - Let's not scare the new members away with an overflow of affection right out of the box. As the ranks of the Kommittee grow, please limit the WELCOME posts to 5 or 6 at the most - - - we're a very friendly bunch - - - but not stalkers - - - no, not stalkers at all - - - really - - - you believe that, right?   *** covers eyes awaiting pepper spray ***
  6. KEEP KOMMITTED - - Be faithful in your pledge to welcome as many new Beastly Members as possible each and every day - - - or at least when it doesn't interfere with real life issues in the non-mythical world.

Any and all suggestions / recommendations for the group will be given due consideration and shall be posted here in the RULES OF ENGAGEMENT for all to read.  But remember, these are really just friendly suggestions and not intended to be strictly enforced as the law of the land - - EXCEPT #2!

So then . . . GET OUT THERE AND HAVE SOME FUN! and thank you for your participation.

I have a Q you said not to have an overflow of affection. Like what would be too affectionate?
Just use common sense - - . most of the WK group members have decided to skip posting if 3-4 have already hit that new member's page - - I typically go with the "5 max" rule
