So, I found myself yelling at the computer, "DON"T DO IT, LINK!" I figured it was going to be bad if Rhett wasn't able to keep up his "tough guy" bravado... Not to mention his hiccup attack.

I was doing the exact same thing. I was so afraid for him. That look on his face had me worried. I hope he doesn't start suffering from PTSD.

I really wish they would have left the part in where Rhett actually convinced him to do it. I imagine that they likely reverted to 8-year-old-boy mode of "Wimp! You're chicken!" "Are not!" "Are too!"

I am glad they didn't. I would've cryed even more. :( I feel really bad for Mr. Neal. I hope he and Rhett patched things up and they both are feeling ok.

there are so many T-shirt options from today's episode . . .

How about Link screaming "It's like I'm having a baby!"

I felt bad for Rhett but at least he got up and punched things; Link basically had a brush with death it seems. Poor guy. :( I want to hug him and then frog him until he makes up with Rhett.

That was my favorite thing Rhett said, teehee!
My favorite thing Link said was, "Our friendship is OVER!" Then when he was feeling better he was saying they bonded because they survived a traumatic experience together. So awesome!

I could feel my heart break when he said that. Also it hurt but was also  kittle funny when he said, I love you all, and then turned to Rhett and said, except you I hate you. I don't blame him. I am glad they seemed to have bonded. XD Hope they heal alright.

Don't take it too seriously. It was just the heat of the moment (pun intended) that made him say that. Life-long best friends will forgive each other nearly anything. Besides, it was also a smart business move for Link. This episode has generated a lot more buzz than it would have if only Rhett had eaten the ghost pepper. And as Link proved back in middle school when he ate that worm's anus, he's brave enough to eat some crazy things just to get attention, teehee!

Guys like R&L and true friends over the years will often "hate" each other . . . just to break the utter boredom if nothing else.  On the flip side . . .

That's tragically hilarious!
