@ Lillian (monkougar) - - I pray that you will not be confused by any church doctrine (man's law) that conflicts with scripture (God's law).  Nobody will ever get to Heaven on a "technicality" - - SALVATION is a prerequisite to being a Christian (not actilng like one) and must be based on an informed decision, understanding what Jesus Christ did for you personally as well as all of mankind and a willing acceptance of that gift. A simple example - - - one might say that they know President Obama when, in reality, they only know who is is.  They've never met him, don't know who he is or what he is truly like, have no personal relationship, etc. 

 

Please don't accept any man's or religion's teaching at face value.  Search the scriptures, search your own heart, and make a decision on whether or not you believe that Jesus is the Christ promised by God in prophecy. 

 

I'm afraid that the wee bit I truly understand about the LDS (Mormon) faith is that they believe that Jesus actually lived - - a historically documented fact - - but not who He actually is - - the Son of God, Creator of all things and Saviour of our souls.

I'm LDS (mormon) we believe in God and Jesus and are technically Christians. So here I am!

After years of over-priced VBS programs and sick of all the glitter, glue and popsicle sticks craft projects, I worked with some men from our church to develop an old idea into a full program. 

 

It is posted HERE as a blog on the kommunity with the program booklet and puppet skit attached.  The puppet show actually breaks down into five (5) short pieces, but is presented here as the complete "final program".

 

Please leave suggestions / comments on the blog if you can think of ways to improve it.

Right, I'm not sure about my feelings for him. I wish they weren't there. However, they are. For some reason my feelings are often so powerful over me. My longest relationship I had to end is now over, and my friends are moved away. I have no one in the town I live in. So, it's so hard to to cling to someone who makes me feel this way. I know I can make my own decisions, but I know God is going to lead me by HIS will.

Not my my will, but your will be done. Amen
