Exodus 14:14
"The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still."
Remember this in all things...relax, find comfort in knowing He is taking care of what you need...

God, with a thankful heart I come to thank you for my salvation, Your faithfulness, Your unfailing love, Your mercy and the wonderful opportunity to come to You with ALL my thoughts, concerns, requests and praises. THANK YOU!
I'm thankful for God's faithfulness, and how, though I turn my back on him time and time again, he is always willing to forgive me no matter how far I've strayed from him.
Present!
i will be praying chad.
Chad, keep praying and remember that you can not debate or argue someone into receiving the kingdom of heaven. Show her the love of Christ in your actions and way of life. We will pray that the walls she has will come tumbling down and that she will open her heart once again to receive the truth we all know as Jesus Christ.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Sharing this e-mail with you all directly as it was received today from Mr. David Gibbs, president of the Christian Law Association . . . some very good thoughts:
Throughout our nation's history, the tradition of Thanksgiving has been observed by many Presidents and leaders. We as a nation, and especially as a group of believers, honor God with this time of thanks to Him for Who He is and what He has done. We are so blessed to live in a nation of freedom. While we thank Him for these blessings, we must continue to pray for America and do our duty to honor God in our daily actions. In this "one nation under God," let us fight to remember these distinguished traditions by living lives that point others to Christ.
President George Washington expressed his belief in God’s sovereignty in his Thanksgiving Proclamation of 1789: “[I]t is the duty of all nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey his will, to be grateful for his benefits, and humbly to implore his protection and favor.”
Abraham Lincoln shared this statement of thanks to the Lord in 1863: “The year that is drawing towards its close, has been filled with the blessings of fruitful fields and healthful skies. To these bounties, which are so constantly enjoyed that we are prone to forget the source from which they come, others have been added, which are of so extraordinary a nature, that they cannot fail to penetrate and soften even the heart which is habitually insensible to the ever watchful providence of Almighty God… No human counsel hath devised nor hath any mortal hand worked out these great things. They are the gracious gifts of the Most High God, who, while dealing with us in anger for our sins, hath nevertheless remembered mercy. It has seemed to me fit and proper that they should be solemnly, reverently and gratefully acknowledged as with one heart and voice by the whole American People.”
As we celebrate this national holiday, we ought to remember the One who provided us with the opportunity to live in this land of independence. Choose to live with purpose to glorify God in your life! Happy Thanksgiving!
