Logo Font

What is the font you guys use for your logo? ( http://rhettandlink.com/images/ral_logo.gif )

I'm pretty sure its not custom, I saw it (Or something really similar) on a t-shirt the other day. (I thought about taking a picture of the shirt, but that probably would of freaked the guy out, I can't find the shirt online, only thirty shirts with the same joke... those things aren't very original...)

Its 'Alba' with a few customizations, not including the ampersand (because for some reason the font doesn't include one).
Namely those are the longer tail of the 'R,' the removal of the tail of the 'h,' the 'e' is modified from the uppercase of the font, the joining of the 'e' and two t's into a ligature, the elongated 'L,' and the removal of the tail on the 'n.' :)

Thanks! I gotta go add that font to my collection! I have about 1000 on the computer I DON'T use for design work. =D

I'm not a huge fan of using it myself, but the whole Alba family ended up on my comp some years ago.
What kind of design work do you do?

I make videos, I just do some stuff for the videos themselves, as wells as DVD sleeves, t-shirts, logos etc.
