I've been using imgflip.
It makes high quality animated gifs, but the file sizes are too big to get most of them onto tumblr, so then you've got to find a site to reduce the colours used to get the file size down to put them on tumblr. (it's a real pain in the butt)

I usually find stuff and put it on my tumblr then copy the url from my tumblr gifs aand post them here. I used MemeCenter but they seem to freeze when i post them....
