I've never watched the old series.

I'm split between 10 and 11. The 9th seemed a little... aggressive.

David Tennet is the best doctor

his catchphrase was always Allonsy! which  (roughly)means "lets go"

and his last words were "i don't want to go"

....coincidence?

Matt Smith as the 11th Doctor.

He's the first one I actually sat down and watched a full episode of, and I must say that I firmly believe that the first Doc you see is more than likely gonna be your favorite.

He's just so... out there. Sporadic and serious and silly and AWESOME. :) I was drawn in by his approach to foods, the way he got upset with a piece of toast, and how that crack in the middle of Amelia Pond's bedroom just made him go insane with curiosity. But you won't get any *spoilers* from me. ;)

David TENnat :) Hes soooo cute, amazing at acting, he has GREAT hair, and the most amazing facial expressions :)  All my friends love him too!

Nine is my favorite, Christopher E. He was just ridiculous in his own way but not around for very long. Although, I will say that David Tennant (#10) was the funniest Doctor and I'm not looking forward to him getting replaced by Matt Smith... Oh well, I suppose I'll live XD

I have to agree with OP 4 and 10. 

On another note 9 was aggressive because of the time war, Rose helped make him better. 

Last note, I miss 10 and I'm kind of glad he left when he did, I'm starting to get fed up with 11.
