In your video on curse words for kids, Rhett revealed that he was suffering from sweaty hands ever since he was a teen.

I'm in college, and ever since high school, I have been experiencing sweaty palms. I first realized them when I was playing halo with my friends. We were taking turns with the controllers, and my friends noticed the controllers were extra sticky with sweat after I had used them. And ever since, I have been harassed by the condition that is clammy hands. I don't even want to shake people's hands, it is a huge self-conscious thing for me.

How did you deal with this harrowing condition? Is it better as you get older? Any tips and tricks? Is it all just a mental thing?
