What is Your Favorite Cheese?

It occured to me when I joined this cheese society, there were no discussions. It then sparked a question that could serve as our first dairy discussion. On behalf of our 10 members of this calcium-rich club, what is your favorite type of cheese?

I, myself, would have to say Ameican. As much as I might get flack for enjoying Kraft's processed product of milk produce, I find American to be great and goes great on sandwiches and by itself. It's close cousin cheddar comes in a very near second place considering the similar tastes of the two. What is your opinion on this pressing protein matter that requires our lactose love?

I like Brie cheese ( im not sure if a spelt that right) goats cheese is also good XD

Parmesan! it's the best! I do agree that american is good, but only real american (sorry, not kraft). I don't really like cheddar by itself that much, but brie, mozzarella, and monterey jack (i know i spelled that wrong) are good as well.

There are so many to pick from but my all time favourites are edam, gouda, mozzarella, brie, feta, cottage and colby-jack cheese!! :)
