Yes :) You will need Photoshop, this was the tutorial I learned from : http://jaidenfatale.tumblr.com/tagged/GIF+TUTORIAL
If you don't have Photoshop I think there are other programs but you'll have to google that.
If you want to upload the gif here, first you need to use a site like photobucket to upload it, then copy the direct link.
In your post, press "html" and write <img src="the direct link to the image" /> and it will run as a gif and not as a still photo :) Hope this helps!
