Curiousity

This has been bugging me for a really long time. There is a picture on Rhett and Link's flickr photostream (or would it be flicker, since they were given the 'e'?) its...adorable...but I just, is there a story behind it? Who took it? Its just really bugging me

Its a fairly old (well, uploaded a fair while ago to the internet) I don't think I'm motivated enough to flip back through all the tweets, I procrastinate enough without another distraction. Good idea though.
