What happened to Rhett at the end and also how did that dudes foot not get burnt?

There is a "truth" to it. Dating back to 1641, but more well known is writer Charles Dickens 'BleakHouse' novel, where he used the (hypothesis) to kill off one of the characters. Better known today, is British Biologist, Brian Ford. Who ran experiments based on, yes..30 historical cases. I'll say it again. Historical cases. He concluded that it Does happen. And, it is a build up of acetone in the body that causes the combustion.  He has proven the leading causes tobe extreme alcoholism and diabetes that lead to this occurrence. So yes. The answer is, Yes. It is Real.
