I'm from Idaho. I knew about the weird dog hotel beforehand, but now I'm really going to have to visit it.

Here's another kool one I heard about years ago . . . remember Kate Pierson of the band The B-52's?

Well these days she operates two kitschy motels, which are actually a group of tiny cabins and old AIRSTREAM travel trailers that have been remodeled and decorated with 1950's era furniture and fixtures. The main lodge was decorated by two of Kate's artist friends whose actual home was used for the set of the B-52's hit song LOVE SHACK . . .
