Looks like it's all up to you, then.  Don't you know any MBs in the Las Vegas area that want to get together at a local MythiCon event? 

This could actually be one of the few locations that others might consider attending more than a few miles away from home, if they just so happen to be vacationing or otherwise traveling to LV in July.

@ Natalie ~ I am adding your contact info as host for the Nevada event to the page header.

I'm just guessing it will take place somewhere in the Las Vegas since that's where you and Mom and Scruffy are located.  That makes three (3) attendees already, so you're off to a fine start.  Let me know as soon as you decide on a location.  Sometimes other folks get involved in the discussion of where-to-go/what-to-do but then sometimes everyone waits until the host steps up and a site is picked.  I'll leave it up to you to decide how to proceed on that front.

As for sourcing locals to attend your meeting . . .

1. start with friends, family, schoolmates and others you know who are R&L fans (or will be by the time you get finished with them).
2. there were only a very few comments on the Nevada discussion page of the Great American Road Trip group. 
3. here is a kommunity member search for 149 others that list Las Vegas or Henderson as their home . . . you can also search the members listing for other towns in the area . . .
