Home of Rhett & Link fans - the Mythical Beasts!
So . . . when (not "if") Rhett and Link win this WEBBY Award they can choose to accept it in person at the awards ceremony to be held on Monday, May 19th 2014 at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.
The winners can make an acceptance speech which is limited to only
FIVE WORDS!

Sooooo . . . the award ceremony was last night.
Has anyone heard if R&L travelled to NYC for the ceremony and dinner and, if so, what their 5-word acceptance speech was?
Inquiring minds want to know!
Here was Grace Helberg's speech last night . . . winner of the First Person Webby ~ People's Voice award
I'm curious as well. Maybe we'll hear something in tomorrow's Good Mythical More? I'm guessing the actual episode will have at least something to do with the newest main channel video, so maybe while in the "previous video explanation" vein they'll be reminded to talk about what ended up happening with the Webby speech.
Hands down the BEST speech posted up so far this morning goes to {envelope please} George "Mr. Sulu" Takai (age 77 and sponsored by AARP). The original trekkie was winner of the Webby People's Voice Award in the Technology category for the first season of his YouTube series program Takai's Take . . .

I'm sure they would mention something about it tomorrow if they went.
So, finally after receiving WEBBY awards in 2011 and 2014, Rhett and Link actually made the trek to NYC to accept in person. I think it was worth the wait.
