Kansas is the best state!
It's got hot summers, cold winters, nice springs and falls, it's perfect!
You'd like Kansas no matter who you are, unless you like mountains of course.
You'd especially be fond of Kansas if you like lots of wind!

I question your definition of "nice" in regards to spring and fall! Spring and fall are really just summer and winter rapidly cycling, sometimes in the course of just a few hours.
