I like it better than the "everyone look at the camera and smile" type of pic. Plus, it captures the kids in their natural environment...

Yes, the 57 song was indeed a birthday present for both my parents, who turned 57 earlier this year. Glad you liked it! The 33 song was actually intended as a birthday song, initially, for a friend who asked that I write them one after hearing my parents' song. Wondering if they'll still be my friend after hearing it.... :)

I think I can relate to your connection to R&L, for many of the same reasons, i.e. similar age, having kids of similar ages, as well as being a guy... All except the part about owning a business, but I do know what it's like to fall victim to the economy, getting laid off last fall (right before Thanksgiving)... Back on my feet, now, though....

Anyway, just wanted to reach out and say Hi. Nice to meet another family guy with similar values on here....
