Okay, I was having this discussion in the Kommunity chat room, and I decided to write the explanation here. While no one will probably see it, I still feel the need to clarify it so I can get it off my chest.

Okay, so, the word "Kommunity" in it's proper spelling, begins with a "c".

So, the web address "rhettandlinkommunity' is a pun off of the words " Link" and "Community."

When you say "welkomm" to new members, you are making a pun off of the original pun, by putting the word "welcome" with the "komm" from "kommunity". So, it's essentially a "double pun." Does that make any sense? Sometimes, my brain thinks such mangled thoughts that no one else can really understand. Comment if you understand! Or, feel like commenting.
