MBRP - Part 1

"What...." he muttered, confused. "Oh my god!"

"What happened to us?"

"How the heck should I know? I look demonized!"

We had both changed in appearance. Drastically. Mav had changed completely, his head that of a lizard, his torso covered in scales, wings, his arms, thicker and scaled, with only 3 thick, long fingers, his legs covered in long, shaggy hair, his feet, hooves.

Now I on the other hand, was in the same general Human shape, but there were... alterations. My skin was as hard and dull as the stone in the driveway of my parents house. Rocky, earthen wings with claws at the joint where they folded in. I was skinny, with a strange face, as I looked in the river next to me. Glowing eyes that were consumed by a cyan-blue. Scaled, grey skin that rippled as I touched it. I may have been skinnier, but I was so much more muscular as well, with a thick neck and large arms, and abs as hard as, well, stone. I didn't really feel ashamed of my body. All I had on were a pair of ragged trousers. 

"I just... don't understand," I said to myself.

"Ssh," Mav pointed to a nearby tree.

A rustling, ever so silent, I heard. Suddenly, what I later learned to be a Great Wulf leaped out of the tree, coming at me, extremely quickly in fact. I covered my face with my arms, and just before it touched me, a dark flash strobed, and I blacked out.
