There are 43 scars on my wrist,

the reasons why, i wont be missed.

they hurt and bled,

i wish i were dead.

i cant take it any longer,

i wish i were stronger.

i should tell someone,

i really should,

i really wish i could,

but my mind is too proud,

my heart is too broken,

my life a wreck.

i need help, i truly do,

but the help i wanted was from you,

you said you loved me,

and cared for me too,

but couldnt you see the pain,

if you truly do?
