7:00am - Reflecting on the first week of SuperNote. What an impressive week it's been.

8:00am - Decided there is no better way to celebrate the first week of SuperNote than with Canadian Thanksgiving dinner.

8:30am - Began meal prep.

9:00am - Cleaning house for guests.

9:38am - Sent an email to Chuck Testa to request a SuperNope. Anxiously awaiting his reply.

10:00am - Getting the stuffing ready to stuff into Mr. Turkey.

7:00am - It is Saturday. Determined to sleep in.

7:15am - Children do not approve of my plan. Extra sleep denied.

8:00am - Breakfast is served... but not to me. Must feed myself. 

9:00am - Children demand to be entertained. No SuperNotes can be timed.

10:00am - Timer is turned on. Timing begins. Pleased to see there are SuperNotes waiting to be timed... although not many.

10:10am - Out of SuperNotes. Grumbles to self.

12:00pm - Had decent lunch.…

6:00am - Awoke from my sleep and remembered the most awesome dream. Chuck Testa submitted a SuperNote. "You thought this was a SuperNote. Noooooooooooooooope. Chuck Testa!"

6:30am - Grumbled to self about having to go to work and miss timing notes.

6:40am - Remembered it was Friday. No work for me today. Free to time SuperNotes. Yay!

8:00am - Check in with the SuperSquad. Only a handful of SuperNotes remained to be timed.

8:10am - Finished timing remaining…

3:00am - Cat is meowing in the hallway. I am impressed by her ability to hold a note. Considering getting out the camera to submit cat's SuperNote for Team Mythical Beast.

3:10am - Wondering if cat's SuperNote was only a dream.... 

5:45am - Woken up by cat. Perhaps she wonders why I haven't filmed her SuperNote yet?

6:00am - Alarm clock sounds. It is time to be mythical!

7:30am - After same boring routine, I am off to work. Considered calling in sick so I can time…

6:00am - Inhaled and exhaled deeply upon awaking. Lungs feel adequately stretched and ready for training.

6:30am - Body fuelled with breakfast and I am dressed for work.

7:00am - Checked in with SuperSquad. Impressed by their efficiency with the SuperNotes.

7:30am - Off to be my mythical best at work. Taking advantage of the drive to build my SuperNote. Holding a SuperNote as long as possible, being mindful of not depleting all air from lungs as to not pass out and cause…

3:00am - 5:59am -Unable to sleep but feeling mythical.

6:00am - Mentally began timing the sound of the alarm clock before rising.

6:30am - Prepared for my work day... of not timing SuperNotes.

7:00am - Checked in with the SuperSquad and observed their commitment to the task before us.

7:30am - Timed notes on the radio on my drive to work.

8:00am-4:30pm - At work. Not feeling very mythical.

4:32pm - Began driving home. Reflected on day one of timing…

5:42am Woke up and noted the time on my alarm clock.
6:00am Noted time on alarm clock again.

7:00am No notes to time. Plays with Mythical timer.

I remember when I was a kid and my favourite doll went missing. I dug through the box and searched as thoroughly as I could. My sister had found hers. It was blond like her and there was no way we could get our mixed up as my doll was a brunette. We had to leave to go on a trip and I wanted to bring my doll with me. I am so excited to be a part of SuperNote 2010 this year! My son entered last time but I couldn't help but join SuperNote 2010 this year! I spent the first half the month training; conditioning my lungs to slowly release the air and produce a solid SuperNote. I wasn't about to enter a competition without some sort of preparation. I have good looking boys. Really, I do. I am not just being biased. I went to a welcome BBQ at my kids' school and this little girl walked up to Lyndan, wrapped her arms around him and wouldn't let go. She is in Kindergarten and he is in grade 2. This girl proceeded to walk around the gymnasium attached to his waist while he tried to ignore her and continue to interact with his friends. My two year old is going through a bad case of Terrible Twos or more like "Grouchy Twos". He is going around being angry with everyone and everything for no reason whatsoever. It is as though he looks for things to be angry about even though he got what he wanted. Continue

I had to go shopping at the store today and while got into the store just fine, leaving was a little bit more challenging. Why? Because when I went to leave through the automatic doors, I walked up and the doors didn't open. My nose might as well have been touching the doors and it still wouldn't open. Took a step back and they were still closed. What did I do? I waved the box of cards I had bought above my head to trigger the sensor. Continue
