I know that at least for the T-Shirt War shirts, Link wore a small and Rhett wore a medium. Since they wanted the "tight-fitting" look for those shirts, I'm guessing halfway between medium and small will be perfect for an article of clothing like a vest, which is looser anyway and worn over a shirt, too!

Thanks Kevin! ^_^ It would be amazing if he wore it on gmm. I'm really hoping I have the correct size for him. It's a half size between men's small and medium.

And nice job, by the way, Alexis. It looks like it was a lot of work, and I'm sure he'll love it! Maybe we'll even get to see him garbed in it for an episode of GMM.

Hmm... perhaps a vest? If so, maybe it won't annoy Rhett as much since it's not down-filled.

It almost looks like it's shaped like a guitar around the initials, but I think it's a flag.  Or perhaps a vary large pair of mittens?
