It won't be long, yeah
I've been waiting since April 5th for Good Mythical Morning to come back. I suppose I'm a bit impatient, but I adore that show! Even though my siblings and I await 5:00 on Thursdays eagerly (you should've heard my brother screaming at me to refresh the Youtube page to see if it had uploaded yet), I am excited for its conclusion, because that might mean the reentry of my favoritest show ever (Youtube show, anyway. Lost is my real favorite show).
Oh, I can't WAIT to hear them talk about stuff again! I want to hear EVERY story behind the Mythical Show: the problems they ran into, what it was like working with the guests, what it was like working with their employees, what it was like making commercials again, what it was like working with their kids, how they made the set, how they came up with the ideas for the show, behind the scenes of how they made each segment, what they think of how well the show did, what their families thought of the show... oh, everything! I just want to hear them tell stories again!
Of course, I don't really know if Good Mythical Morning will even start again when they finish the Mythical Show... What if they don't want to? What if they decide they're too busy? What if they think they need to release content that's as highfalutin as the Mythical Show all the time now? Surely not. Surely they enjoy Good Mythical Morning. Surely they know how much the mythical beasts miss it. Right? I guess we'll see.
Whatever happens, I'll be sure to stick out my chin, and grin, and saaaaaaaayyooooooooh...

I think it's awesome that they work so diligently to make their show the best it can be... I am enjoying the Mythical Show while it lasts, and I really like a lot of the new stuff they've done, but I agree. They might be trying to do too much too fast... I think the Mythical Show would be great as a once a year thing. Haha, I'm just really eager for Good Mythical Morning to start again. XD I need my cereal.

@Abby: Yeah, I've always liked Rhett and Link's humor. And looked forward to when they uploaded new videos. But now, they don't upload anything besides the mythical show, and segments from the mythical show.
And on reddit, they said that the mythical show is taking up a lot of their time, and they have to stay late at work a lot. I don't think it's good for them or their families. I wish they'd go back to what they used to do, and stop trying SO hard to make so much content at once.

I totally agree! They need to be classic Rhett and Link, not whatever they think will get the most views. Their pure humor is one of the things that makes them so much better than other youtubers.
And it is kinda fast-paced... I think they talked about how internet videos were like pieces of candy... But the Mythical Show is a bit like a bunch of different kinds of candy mixed together in a bowl. You enjoy it when you eat it, but you're not really sure what you put into your mouth, and you feel really full. I'm guessing I would probably savor their videos more apart from the Mythical Show, although it is exciting.
@Erin: My crystal ball agrees with your crystal ball (reluctantly so), but says that they can only have July and August off. No more. ;) I cannot wait to hear new stuff from them! If they start the new season with a game or something and not a story/behind-the-scenes, I may have a nervous breakdown.

Yeah I want them to go back to gmm too! I like it better than the mythical show. The mythical show is too fast paced for my liking, and they try to throw way to much content out there at one time. I liked it better when they would make better videos and just come out with them occasionally on their main channel. Plus the mythical show is bringing out a different side to them. They're trying to mix in with popular youtubers that have crude, so called "humor". They don't mix well, since R&L have always been different than other youtubers. I sure hope they bring gmm back. :)

If I was to look into my crystal ball and make a prediction, my guess is that they'll take some time off for a bit. I'm sure putting together the first season of TMS has kept them very busy and they'll probably want some time to relax with their families (justifiably so!). GMM will start up again after that.
I'm excited to hear some behind the scenes stories from TMS too! Just think of how much excellent content they'll have to talk about when GMM returns! :D
