Ok, this is the corrected picture, now try and solve it. :)

Here's what is given:
Suppose the radius of the red circle is three times the length of the radius of the pink circle. Find the length of the radius of the blue circle.

Does the fact that your diagram is not drawn to scale matter?  On my computer screen, r(pink) measures 1.5cm and r(red) measures 4.0cm, so clearly not a 3:1 scale.  As drawn, it appears that r(blue) is equal to 2 x d(pink) but that is not necessarily true given the scaling.

Yeah, well my guess is still 4 1/3 times the length of the pink circle's radius. Which is probably wrong.
