No, you just have to assume everything is drawn proportionally correct.

Does the fact that your diagram is not drawn to scale matter? On my computer screen, r(pink) measures 1.5cm and r(red) measures 4.0cm, so clearly not a 3:1 scale. As drawn, it appears that r(blue) is equal to 2 x d(pink) but that is not necessarily true given the scaling.
