Self Absorbed- Broken Clocks

   (even a broken clock is right twice a day)

Why is it Majority always rules

A dissenting voice called ," A touting fool".

When time mostly tells us, in theory and

In retrospect the one dissenting voice

was right!

Galileo called a lunatic

They wanted to burn this heretic

Who “Dared” say the world was round (Not Flat)

Yet our orbs (globes) instead of placemats

Proves who was right

Newton who they thought was daft

Gave his colleagues a good laugh

A guffaw about gravity a force we can’t see but feel

Now we all know it’s real

Except when walking on the moon

Darwin, labeled crazed and absurd

For his walking fish and Galapagos birds

(Nothing really evolves?) Yet year after year

A  damn new flu vaccine  appears

Mutating viruses, Yes it evolves

My last example , It’s a stretch

But proves my point the best

Jesus said were all Sinners , not Saints

They didn’t like what he said, so they Crucified him

BUT he came back to life, After-all he’s God’s Kin

As he tries to save us from the original Sin

So who’s right?
