(after thinking about it, should we lower it and try not to spend unnecessarily? this may help lighten the load on the logistics. if say a sizable no. off ppl turn up, we can consider pot luck instead of us providing the tidbits. we should only be spending on mailing the mythical bits to their PO and a couple of prizes for the trivia, including the wrist band. I think people may be quite turned off by the fact that there is ticketing involved, and that the price is actually pretty considerable. people's expectations also tend to be higher when there is money involved. Just my thoughts on this :P)
