I agree with Rhett's sentiment...show me a 6-year-old who can do 3 pull-ups! Pffftt.

To be honest, I've never in my life heard of the Presidential youth fitness program. Then again, I went to arts-based schools from elementary through high school, so maybe fitness wasn't the greatest of their concerns...
