It was awesome I saw it as soon as it came out! I love the new Wheel of Mythicality and the new studio!

Looks like the same studio to me.

Well maybe you should watch all the way to the end where they explain that it's a different building.

same set decorations moved to a new building

Yep, my wife pointed this out to me as well.  I missed the part where they said that, but she caught it.  Good thing I married her!

I'm surprised we didn't get another Hey Hey Show plug the main episode or GMMore, seeing as it launched today as well. I wonder if the HHS set is in the same new building.

I also wonder if Rhett and Link still have "the TV" that shows them what's on camera. It used to be off camera-left near where Stevie and Jen sit, but with the drop sheet right up against their backs, there's not much room there. Maybe it's directly behind the camera now to cut down on Rhett's sideways glances?

In any event, nice to be back!

Glancing at a side-screen constantly to see themselves rather than looking at the lens is a bad habit of most YouTubers that really grates on me. If R&L got rid of the screen, then I won't miss it!

From today's GMMore, it seems that they do indeed still have the screen.

Ehh, rats...I did notice the return of the side glances in the cake vs. pie GMMore, particularly when the crew was jostling for pieces of cake and pie and R&L (mostly Link) were trying to herd them all into the frame. I guess I just have to accept the side screen. =/

I'm really hoping we get an episode (or at least a GMMore) where they take us on a tour of the new space much like they did before. I doubt we'll get it, though. It might be fun for the dedicated Mythical Beasts, but it's probably not a catchy enough topic to keep the casual viewer interested. Gotta please the masses, I guess.

Agree! I want a tour too

Gumbo, are you going to add the move to the new studio onto your timeline project?

There was some conversation in chat earlier talking about how many studios R&L have had now...I think this is all of them, right?

  1. Undisclosed basement in Lillington, North Carolina
  2. The Kave in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina
  3. Rhett's backyard shed in ??, California
  4. The Burbank Studio in Burbank, California
  5. New studio in ??, California
