This documentary, created by Laura Taylor and Kinjal Patel, describes and demonstrates how Adrian Monk from "MONK" displays symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder. This was created for Dr. Caleb Lack's "Abnormal Psychology" course at the University of Central Oklahoma.

I thought Rhett did such a wonderful job explaining the differences between, OCD and OCPD. I was impressed. I really appreciate them bringing this up and discussing it honestly. Howey Mandel is a strong man and has come so far. I have noticed a lot of us use humor to get through tough times. Thanks for posting!

I didn't actually realize OCPD existed as a separate disorder, or rather, that there was a recognized term and diagnosis for that kind of personality. Educational!

Me neither! This was a surprisingly educational episode of GMM!

I've noticed that very awkward topics surround Link's use of the sentence "I'm just being honest." Honesty=Awkwardness. I never thought about it that way before, but it actually makes a lot of sense.

Yeah, sometimes it seems like he has some "just being honest" confessions that he really wants to get out there. And in today's case, he was especially eager to keep bringing it up!

As far as the song goes, I was pleasantly surprised by the style of "My OCD." It was very...atmospheric? I can't think of good adjectives, but in any case, it had a very different tone and execution than their usual songs. I really liked it!

I was too! To be honest, I have been kind of underwhelmed by a lot of their songs in the last year - with the exception of the Graduation Song and the Epic Rap Battle of Manliness there haven't been I've been inclined to listen to repeatedly or buy. The rap-battle style has gotten old, and the belly button song was just too weird for me. But I liked this one. :)

Edit: I looked back at some of the songs they made during The Mythical Show, and there are a couple more melodic ones (zero rapping) that I actually did enjoy, but not enough to buy, and I guess they weren't very memorable compared to their old stuff for me. :P
