What is your Mythical Beast name, Why did you pick it and what does it mean???

Please tell us your mythical name
Why did you choose this name for yourself
What does it means???

Mine is Horphin.
Horse and Dolphin
I chose this name because I love these two animals.
The horse is a great and wonderful land animal. When Jesus comes back He will be on a White horse.
I love the dolphin becasue of it's gentleness and grace when you see them swimming. I first feel in love the dolphin when I was a little girl after watching "Flipper". The island of the blue Dolphin was one of my favorite books and movie.

There are my reason for my name what is yours?

I named myself Squirrel Whisperer in relation to the Would you Rather question- the squirrel being a metaphor for any 'untamable, wild' beast or creature. Whisperer is in reference to having an unusual compassion and understanding of these creatures and being able to relate to them on a life changing level.
SO when you think of it that way, one could say Jesus is the ultimate squirrel whisperer.........? Nah that's weird.
But, He will come back on a white horse and that'll be pretty great. Five stars for having a meaningful beast name Jeanette
I am Kangawolf...
Kangaroo+Wolf
I was on here and realized I didnt have a beast name... and i was shuffling through my favorite animals and BAM Kangawolf happened
Mine is (Skoll) Sköll wich in old norse is translated into Treachery,
he is a giant wolf that chases the sun (Sól) across the sky every day and is said to bring forth Ragnarök (The end of the world) when he catches and devours her.

I chose it becouse i've always been interested in old Norse mytholigy and folklore, and sometimes i feel like i'm chasing the day just to try and catch up to it and bring forth my own undoing, it was a deep thought and i thought long and hard about it.
mine is The Giant Dragon is because dragons (exuse me) GIANT dragon are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mine is Gryphidragicorn.

It is a mix of three already-defined mythical beasts.

A Gryphon - a fabled monster, usually having the head and wings of an eagle and the body of a lion.
A Dragon - a mythical monster generally represented as a huge, winged reptile with crested head and enormous claws and teeth, and often spouting fire.
And a Unicorn - a mythical creature resembling a horse, with a single horn in the center of its forehead: often symbolic of chastity or purity.

One could say that my beast was a "Chimera of Legends"... Or one could say that it is a Gryphidragicorn. I prefer to go with the latter.
the Bingle is so incredibly reclusive, only living in selected tesco's, migrating from shop to shop, it has only been seen by the mysterious, wonderful, daring, fearless, knowledgeable and unfathomably handsome adventurer; Captain Margaret. That is me, and the bingle is such a magical creature, I must share it's name with you all, that, JeanetteWifeMoMhorphin, is why my mythical beast name is Bingle.
I'm the Squeenopocker. A long time ago (in a galaxy far, far away), I made up the word pock-a-squeeno. Don't ask what it means. The whole point is that it has no meaning whatsoever. Anyway, I started using PockASqueeno as my username on different sites such as YouTube and Twitter, so now I messed around with it a little and turned it into a mythical beast, a squeenopocker!
"Mr. Frumious," in reference to the quintessential Mythical Beast, the Frumious Bandersnatch from Lewis Carroll's poem. I always loved that poem as a kid.
My beast is "Pink Walrusbird."
Walrus and bird, in a light, light red pigment
I chose this because, on the night I got my beast, I was unsure as to what kind of beast to choose. I, then, loooked up at a couple of my Beatles posters and thought "I am he is you are he as you are me and we are all together." You may ask, why THAT lyric, of all Beatles songs?!?!?!? My answer to that is: I do not know. I may have been tired. . . BUT, I decided Iwas to be a sort of walrus. 1/3.
Then, I thought of a conversation I'd had earlier that afternoon. It was about the Beatle song "Blackbird" SO. . . BIRD 2/3
I was only walrusbird for some time. Until, one day, a friend of mine said, "Anna, you are a PINK walrusbird." So. . . I am. :D
i dont have one and doubt i ever will because I don't believe in it ...
My mythical name is Flying Hedgehog. I think that hedgehogs are adorable creatures and they curl up in a ball when they sleep--just like me! I am always flying in my dreams so therefore I dub myself "Flying Hedgehog"!
My Mythical Beast is Puck. Puck is also known as "Robin (hey, that's actually my name) Goodfellow" or "Hobgoblin" and is best well known from William Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream (which appeals to the English teacher in me).

According to Brewer's Dictionary of Phrase and Fable (1898) [Robin Goodfellow is a] "drudging fiend", and merry domestic fairy (I think I like that better than stay-at-home mom), famous for mischievous pranks and practical jokes. At night-time he will sometimes do little services for the family over which he presides (like all the laundry and the dishes). Puck is also a generalized personification of land spirits (that's right, we recycle).
