Nilla Wafer Top Hat Time Series Idea (Maybe KBE?)

So I have a slight idea to do a series about Nilla Wafer Top Hat Time. I got one episode in mind, might have two more at least. Now I don't have very advanced editing technology yet, but I could soon, so I'm not sure if I'll need help on that end.

But what I would like is for at least someone to do the song for me. I don't want to use the actual song due to maybe copyright, as I'd like to get paid for the video on youtube being a youtube partner, but depending I might pay the person who makes the song for me. It will be the theme song in it.  Let me know if interested at least.

The idea is being able to go to different times and areas with the hat, and having a villain after it. Again, still in the working stages, but the first episode I know I'll make and it will I guess be the pilot for it all.

So what do you guys think?
