They won't be I'm afraid. Tweak, the company who sold both, is closing it's doors. 
The last shoes were the 5th Anniversary Shoes which were limited to April pre-orders only.

However, The Mythical Hat returns on sale on the DFTBA website (www.rhettandlink.com/store) from tomorrow.
