KBE: Project Lionel

In college, Rhett and I posted Lionel Richie's debut solo album centerfold above our dorm room couch (called Mr. Fly).  Every single person that came in to our room was forced to lay down on Mr. Fly and pose exactly like Lionel.  Then we took their picture.  We developed the pictures and posted all of them on our wall.  (We also had a tip jar by the door to defray printing costs.)

When we crashed the Grammy Red Carpet in 2007, we took Lionel with us.  If you haven't seen that video, watch it!  And here's our new vlog for you:



Most KBE's have a deadline, but, at least for now, I'm thinking this one should 
have no end. In fact, it might become a requirement for total mythical beastliness (!).

This is Ricky and me...my best friend and I were going through all her old Backstreet Boys posters the other day and we found Ricky Martin on the back of one of them, posing like Lionel. I thought he might like to join the KBE too, though the camera flash kept getting the best of him.

My 9-yr old Flying Hedgehoglets become Mythically Lionelized! They get into "the pose" and an incredible metamorphosis takes place. Say you, say me, say it together, magically!

I just visited a friend from childhood and we decided to pose like Lionel. My friend has always loved Lionel so she was more than happy to take part in Project Lionel. We visited the park we played at when we were kids and found a park bench for the pose.


My friend thought that I should look serious for the pose and she loved my serious look. lol! :-)
