Wendy's will continue the excitement of the 'Sip Me Up' campaign after National Iced Tea Day by hosting a digital #sipmeup Booth on June 18 from 10 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET with YouTube® celebrities Rhett & Link. The hosts of "Good Mythical Morning," a daily morning talk show, will engage with fans to create custom live content – like singing the consumer's name into a song, giving them a compliment or telling them a joke. Fans will be able to share their personalized #sipmeup videos through Twitter®, Facebook® or any social platform of their choosing.

I wasn't planning on joining it anyway since it's during my work hours. Maybe someone on the Kommunity will make it into the wait line and report back once it's done!

I saw one person comment on their Facebook post this morning that the server crashed out on them 7 times while they attempted to fill out the questionnaire. Ultimate and extreme failure when so many can never even get into the site even to try, much less be able to complete the application process. This is all something that should have been done days if not weeks ago to narrow down the field to the 50 or less (estimate) lucky applicants who will get into a face-to-face with the guys.

Even yet, several others were saddened that after signing up, doing the computer check, updating to Chrome, filling out the questionnaire (via multiple attempts) and only THEN being told they did not qualify to participate because they were under 18 years old.

Augh, this systems sounds like it's ridiculously broken. Can't believe you got into the video/chat and then had it crash right then -- or, I guess I can believe it, but that sucks. I have to wonder how many successful interactions they've even managed to have.

I managed to click the green button 7 times so far and got to the page where it asks for my name. Always it kicks me out and it tells me that the queue is full. :/ I'm not sure if that's an error on my end (Because my computer is a little slow) or on their end. I seriously have my doubts that I'll make it in. -_-
