Costumes for the 80s video

Hey Rhett and Link,

I've been on the site for a while and i was wondering where you got your wigs/outfits for the 80s video?

My newlyweds sunday school class is competing against the other classes at our church for "Fall Fest" (a halloween get-together for all the sunday school classes) where parents bring their kids en (or in, i don't know) limbo of usual halloween. Our class's idea is guitar hero and if we win we get some more dollars for our monthly get togethers.

I'd love to dress up like you did for your 80s video and wanted to know where you got your stuff (especially if its the wig or clothing i could get online). I've turned several people from our class on to you guys in the past few months so any pointers would help. Peace it hombres...have a good one and write back when you get the chance.

Hey Justin,

We got the wigs at a costume shop. they are actually "sorcerer" wigs, not rocker wigs.

Most everything else was from Hot Topic. The pants, shirts, scarves, and all the stuff we wore on our hands is from hot topic. And yes, it's ALL womens'. There is one exception. Link's shirt was from a womens store right across from Hot Topic.

We did the makeup ourselves with regular makeup from the drugstore.

So, I guess I'm ultimately suggesting that you cross-dress and wear a sorcerer's wig to a church function...hmmmm....;-)
